I am Terilynn Salas, a Doctor of Social Work with a clinical license from Hawaii. I have over 10 years of experience as a professional counselor and specialize in trauma recovery. My therapeutic approach primarily operates from psychodynamic therapy which is useful in exploring internal unresolved conflicts contributing to emotional and relationship challenges, as well as patterns of self-destructive behaviors that may interfere with one's life satisfaction. I've spent a lot of time helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, & coping with grief and loss.
