I enjoy working with children, adolescents and adults who experience anxiety, grief or loss, trauma and neurodiversity. I implement various techniques to help clients learn effective coping skills, manage big emotions and discover alternative behaviors that represent themselves with authenticity. By engaging the whole self, clients can uncover and resolve deeper emotional blocks, access new insights, and move toward more authentic and empowered ways of being.
