I am a certified Holistic Sex Therapist, certified Couples Institute therapist, Yoga Instructor, & pull mostly from Jungian Psychology, Internal Family Systems, mindfulness-based stress reduction, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, and Schema Therapy.
