I am committed to providing services that align with your unique identity and experiences. I work with children, adolescents, and adults facing struggles with motivation, anger, emotional regulation, and family dynamics. Using CBT and Gestalt Therapy, I help clients from diverse backgrounds manage emotions and develop coping skills.
