I believe the "fit", or connection is crucial for successful therapy.. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental setting which fosters clarity and insight and creates the conditions for growth and healing. I use an interpersonal and developmental approach but am able to work from different a perspective when the situation calls for one. I am experienced in helping people with their thought processes as they encounter the difficulties and challenges in life. I work with individual adults and adolescents.
