Are you finally ready to make a change in your life? The biggest changes in your life can start with the smallest change in your perspective. When you start to change the way you look at things, things will begin to change for you. My goal at New Perspectives, is to help you recognize the changes you want to make and then move you towards those changes to help you heal and find your inner strengths. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life. I have experience working with individuals, teens, couples and families in all kinds of crises and situations. I have also spent time working in emergency psychiatric care in the emergency room, as well as, working with people faced with legal issues and substance abuse.
