I specialize in working with women from the ages of 20 - 40. Decisions made in your 20’s and early 30’s can often set the tone for the remainder of your adulthood. People often enter their 20’s feeling confident, and optimistic. However, as life’s challenges begin, the vision and path becomes less clear. Confusion around partners, friendships, family, career, and lifestyle start to take hold. Sometimes past traumas emerge. Unaddressed feelings can develop into depression, and anxiety. Increasing your self-awareness, learning healthy ways to manage feelings, along with behavioral changes can increase your happiness.
