Hello! I am a licensed mental health counselor. I graduated from UWF and Troy State University. I've been doing therapy for over 5 years. I am a trained trauma therapist and an advocate for the normalization of therapy. I am so passionate, not just about what I do as a therapist, but about specifically working with you. I don't take it lightly. You trusting me with your inner must thoughts, feelings and experiences will be respected, honored and guided at your own pace. Allow me to sit beside you to assist in creating a framework for your healing journey. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. I believe my greatest gifts are relatability, passion for this field of counseling and for my clients.
