My practice approaches the challenges that we face through the lens of spirituality and grief. It is my belief, that as spiritual beings, we often care for the body and mind but forget to nurture the spirit within. It is also my contention that most mental health issues stem from a foundation of grief. My ideal client will be aware of the impact their spirit has on their life.
