I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in Southern Maine. I received my BSW from the University of Southern Maine and my Master of Social Work from the University of New England. My focus is Adolescents, Adults, and the elderly. I am fairly goal-oriented and find that clients are encouraged when they see Suttle improvements. I have a strong foundation in Systems, strength, and CBT. DBT and solution-focused treatment and use them naturally in my practice. It should be noted that I am always looking for clients to build success, so I work myself out of a job!
