I believe in holistic healing that encompasses the mind, body, and spirit. Incorporating all elements can enhance the overall quality of life. Learning to love yourself first, accepting the past, and embracing the pain life can often bring can open up the opportunity to live a full and abundant life. I also assist with anger management, parenting training, and domestic violence issues for all genders, and sexual identities. All services rendered are provided with the intention of helping with legal issues, personal desire for change, and maintaining the new healthy you. If desired, I offer a full assessment of past history, as well as discussing the current issues you may be encountering. We will work together to make a comprehensive treatment plan that addresses your desires for change. I am a non-judgmental therapist who strives to provide a safe environment for my clients to be open and authentic during sessions.
