With a focus on reducing obstacles and/or personal challenges through empowerment, goal development, and authentic collaboration, I am here to help you identify and understand the unique characteristics you bring to the table. Together, we will establish a plan to tackle life's many demands through individualized counseling support that will aid your mental health and overall wellbeing. Living life with transparency and authenticity is the goal as my focus is to assist you in making meaning of your worldview and experiences and offering space for you to grow in who you are and who you are becoming. My areas of specialty reflect assisting individuals in their exploration of identity formation and role confusion, acknowledging impostor feelings by exploring emotions regarding self-esteem and identity conflict, and conflict resolution in the workplace. I also provide support to individuals looking to navigate emotional and/or mental health needs.
