I join children, teens, and young adults seeking support with anxiety, past trauma, emotion regulation, social connection, self-esteem, life transitions, and neurodiversity. I am especially drawn to working with individuals who have big hearts + big feelings. As a Registered Play Therapist, I use play and expressive arts to support emotional growth in developmentally appropriate ways that feel natural and supportive. Parents/caregivers are viewed as an integral part of the therapeutic process, and I value collaboration and openness within each client’s support system. As a warm, heart-centered therapist I am interested in joining my clients on a journey to live life more fully: Full of play, peace, connection, confidence, and wellness. My goal is to provide a safe, genuine space for my clients to explore their world together.
