Hi and welcome! My clients often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck. They're consumed by worries, plagued by perfectionism, and struggling to balance some of the most important parts of their lives. Often they don't feel "good enough." They may struggle with anxiety, OCD, body image concerns, trauma, as well as ADHD, Autism and Neurodivergence. I want to help my clients to build trust and confidence in themselves, so that they can create a life that aligns with what truly matters to them, rather than feeling like they are stuck reacting to their circumstances or running from their fears. I blend genuine human connection with science and expertise to support folks in creating meaningful and lasting change. It is on the foundation of a safe, authentic, and collaborative relationship that we use skills (and a good dose of humor at times!) to move towards a life that respects and embraces who you are and reflects your values and goals.
