I believe the "fit", or connection, is crucial to successful therapy. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental setting which fosters clarity and insight and creates the conditions for growth and healing. I use an interpersonal and developmental approach but am also able to work from a different perspective when conditions call for one. I am experienced in helping people with their thought processes as they encounter the difficulties and challenges of life. I work with individual adults, adolescents, and elementary school age children and their families.
