My work is centered around respect for, and identification of, the unique goals, challenges and strengths that each client presents as we begin our work together. I have been a psychotherapist for more than 30 years. In addition, I have supervised many social work graduate students at several universities on the East Coast. I am the author of "Hand in Hand Through the End of Life" as well as a lengthy article for Continuing Medical Education on the psychological issues related to obesity. I was certified as a personal trainer in 1996 and receive numerous referrals from physicians specializing in obesity and weight loss.
