I will provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you. With the intention to allow for anything to be shared in a comfortable and confidential environment. I’m an especially good fit for those within the LGBTQ+ population. Or, those struggling with anxiety, depression, panic disorder or trauma. Through your course of treatment and beyond, my role is to be your advocate. To facilitate a process that gets you to the life you envision. And, if your life isn’t envisioned quite yet, that’s ok. We can even work on that too. Consider me as your personal wellness co-pilot.
