I believe it is never too late to make changes, heal old wounds, or find new ways to feel better in your life. I specialize in working with adults of all ages, including older adults who are navigating substance use and recovery, often alongside past or recent experiences of trauma. My approach is relaxed, supportive, and focused on helping you feel comfortable being yourself. Many of the people I work with are dealing with big life changes—retirement, health concerns, grief, shifts in relationships, or long-standing habits that no longer serve them.
