I am a Licensed Professional Counselor that specializes in men’s mental health, couples counseling, and anxiety disorders. My ideal clients are men who are ready to address these challenges, seeking to break free from anxiety, improve their relationships, and find clarity in their roles both personally and professionally. I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients develop practical skills to manage their thoughts and emotions. My work in couples counseling focuses on improving communication, rebuilding trust, and fostering deeper connection between partners.
