Thank you for reviewing my profile. I work with individuals (adolescents and adults), couples, and families suffering from anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, and relational difficulties. I specialize in working with conditions associated with anxiety such as generalized anxiety (GAD), eating disorders (ED), OCD, and panic disorder. My doctoral research reviewed the neurobiological underpinnings of these conditions and how safety through relational attunement may help with anxiety symptoms. I hope to be able to help in any way possible or provide resources for help to be discovered.
