You do not have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy! I have been working as a therapist for 5 years and see individuals 8 years and up. When you come to see me, you can expect a more conversational and laid back approach. You are in the driver's seat, I can be your GPS/Alexa/Siri to help you get to where you want to be. I see many individuals struggling with depression, self-harm, behavioral difficulties, perfectionism, childhood issues, anxiety, everyday stressors, and many other diagnoses or struggles. I used to work in an inpatient mental health unit which can provide a unique perspective for someone who recently left the hospital.
