I focus on working with adults and adolescents who are experiencing a wide variety of psychological distress. Through my professional experience I have helped individuals who have encountered different forms of trauma, domestic violence, loss, relationship distress, family conflict, depression, anxiety, and those struggling through major life changes or adjustments, including sobriety. Every person is unique along with their circumstances, so I will focus on their needs in counseling by utilizing different therapy approaches such as, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness-based practices, and interpersonal therapy.
