My goal is to help you recognize those cycles and shift them—so you can rebuild a deeper, more secure connection. I believe your relationship can be a place where you both feel safe, seen, and supported! I’m also passionate about working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem struggles, or major life transitions. So many of us wrestle with questions about who we are, how we relate to others, or how to cope when life feels overwhelming!
