I am on a waitlist. Do you think you feel things too deeply? Or that whatever normal is, you are next to it? If so, I can relate! My goal is to create a space where those I work with are not labeling themselves as "the problem," or for them to feel powerless in their big feelings and behavior patterns. Instead of asking why you felt too much or did xyz wrong, we should be asking what you have done right to make it this far. I take an interpersonal and strengths-based approach to therapy. We will first create a relationship then explore your experiences and interactions in order to accomplish your goals and celebrate who you are!
