Welcome! I’m Tess, a pediatric mental health therapist specializing in child-centered play therapy for children ages 3 to 12. My approach allows children to express emotions, process challenges, and develop new skills through the natural language of play. I incorporate monthly parent sessions to strengthen the connection between therapy and home life. These sessions provide guidance and support to help families meet their child’s needs and create lasting, positive change.
