Hi, I’m Tess — a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s in Clinical Counseling Psychology. My path to becoming a therapist began in an unexpected way. During my undergraduate studies in art education, I survived a motor vehicle accident that resulted in a traumatic brain injury. Relearning daily functions and navigating the emotional isolation that followed changed the trajectory of my life. It also sparked a deep commitment to help others who feel unseen, overwhelmed, or unsure of their next steps. I completed both my bachelor's and master’s degrees with honors, and I now devote my work to supporting others mental health.
