As a career changer who values the experiences that led me to becoming a therapist, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for seeing people as whole individuals within their communities. After teaching Spanish, coaching, and dorm-parenting in boarding school settings, my interest in counseling began with the performance psychology I integrated into my team’s atmosphere and grew into a broader passion for mental health. While earning a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University, I gained experience supporting students in high school and college settings.
