Since starting my career in psychotherapy I’ve always connected with a more humanistic approach. Realizing that I could begin a career where I can put my love for helping others and combine that work with nature has been truly inspiring. Through the profound wisdom of nature, and the unconditional presence of animals, I’ve found strength, growth, and empowerment in the very places where I once felt pain. My vision is to offer others a sanctuary for healing, connection, and hope. I help people heal and rediscover balance through EMDR, CBT, DBT, and Ecotherapy. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in compassion. I specialize in supporting those navigating trauma, anxiety, or major life changes, helping you feel more connected, empowered, and at peace within yourself and your environment.
