I work with individuals and couples who are navigating life transitions, loss, systemic harm, relationship issues, identity explorations, parenting questions, and just the experience of being deeply human! I am trained in integrated Gestalt, somatic, and humanistic approaches. My work is liberation-centered, imbued with play and experimentation, and I often draw from my own experiences as a parent, researcher, and educator to be with your younger parts and honor their need for safety. I trust that you are the expert and steward of your own experience, that you have all the tools you need to find your way to a more choice-full life.
