I am a dedicated social worker who emphasizes growth and self-reflection as key elements of my practice. Across my career, I have enjoyed working in many settings including inpatient Eating Disorder Care, domestic violence advocacy, and outpatient mental health counseling. I believe in a person-centered, collaborative approach. By building a warm and supportive rapport, I work directly with my clients to deeply understand their therapeutic goals. I provide interventions consistent with CBT, DBT and ACT. At the core, my practice centers vulnerability and present moment awareness.
