If you’re feeling stuck, unsure, or just exhausted from the search for the right therapist, I’m here to meet you where you are with empathy and understanding. In my work I help teens, young adults, and women of all ages navigate through life, particularly if you are struggling with anxiety, ADHD, trauma, or difficult/toxic relationship dynamics. I often support women in navigating the overwhelming transition into motherhood, recognizing how disorienting postpartum life can be. If you feel disconnected from yourself or others, weighed down by the past, or stuck in cycles of frustration and shame, I’d love to help.
