Welcome. I appreciate how difficult it can be to take this first step, and to find a therapist who is the right fit for you. As a relational therapist, I believe healing happens in safe, attuned connection. I work collaboratively with you to explore your inner world with curiosity and care to help you better understand yourself and move toward a life with more authenticity and ease. My approach weaves together relational psychotherapy, somatic processing, and working with parts of self. Together, we’ll gently explore the protective parts of you that have helped you survive while making space for the parts that long to thrive.
