I believe parenting a young child is one of the most rewarding and challenging experiences in a lifetime. Life experiences such as premature birth, childhood medical conditions, behavioral challenges, parent trauma, divorce and other life transitions can create additional stress on the parent-child relationship. I am here to help when challenges specific to parenting need that extra attention and support. I have over 15 years of clinical experience working parents and families with young children struggling with similar challenges. I provide parent consultation and 1:1 individual therapy to parents via Telehealth.
