I have several years of experience treating adults with anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem at university counseling centers, a behavioral health hospital, and in private practice. I specialize in helping clients navigate relationship issues so they can establish more fulfilling relationships with others. My approach is warm, interactive, and insight oriented. I find it useful to explore various life experiences, relationships, and social identities to help us understand how they have contributed to the unique problems you might be experiencing. Then, I will help you move toward choices that will help you to feel more balanced and emotionally fulfilled.
