About
You’re the one who holds it together. The capable one. The one others rely on. And yet inside, you may feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or stuck, especially when it comes to food, your body, or the constant pressure to be “good enough.” Many of my clients can appear “fine” on the outside while privately dealing with food rules, body checking, shame, perfectionism, people-pleasing, emotional numbness, or a relentless inner critic. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to keep doing this by yourself. View 5 Photos I help adults struggling with body image, disordered eating, and anxiety. Using a weight-neutral, HAES-informed approach, I combine practical tools (CBT-E/DBT) with deeper parts work (IFS) to reduce food/body noise, loosen perfectionism, and build steadier coping skills. The goal is more peace with food and your body, and a calmer, more connected life.
