We grow up learning all kinds of rules about who we’re allowed to be, especially around gender, sexuality, relationships, family roles, and what “counts” as success or love. Those messages become burdens; different parts of us step forward to help us cope. Therapy is where we slow down, meet those parts with compassion, and decide which stories still fit and which ones you’re ready to release. I work with teens and adults, focusing on queer, questioning, trans, and nonbinary folks. I hope to offer a space where the full intersection of your identities is honored. We’ll explore what each part of you is carrying, what it’s trying to protect, and what it needs so you can move toward relationships that feel nurturing and a life that feels like your own. Using creativity, openness, and awareness of my own positionality as a white therapist, we can collaborate and craft the therapeutic space you need (finally!).
