I work with clients questioning life changes, navigating increased stress, exploring identities, and navigating relationships. Sometimes anxiety, depression, and stress impact our mood and thoughts, causing us to question who we are or how we operate. Sometimes life experiences around our identities also impact the stress we experience. Clients I work with seek a space to talk through and process life events, stressors, and changes while validating their experiences and affirming their identities.
