My ideal client is an adult impacted by trauma, chronic stress, or exposure to high-responsibility environments. This includes veterans, first responders, and medical professionals who may appear high-functioning while struggling internally with anxiety, disrupted sleep, emotional exhaustion, or loss of meaning. Some are navigating trauma or PTSD; others are carrying moral distress or moral injury related to events that conflicted with deeply held values. Their goal is greater stability, clarity, and a renewed sense of agency.
