Many of the folks I work with are sensitive, anxious, trauma-impacted, and neurodivergent adults who have spent more of their lives than they may be aware of adapting to environments that weren't designed for them. You may be highly insightful and capable, yet feel chronically overwhelmed, self-critical, or exhausted from trying to do it all perfectly, masking, and people-pleasing. You’re longing for more ease, self-trust, and a way of living that feels sustainable and true to you. You are not a thing to be "fixed" but a whole ass human to be honored. My approach is deeply trauma-informed, depathologizing, somatic and nervous system–based, and relational. Together, we focus on understanding how your system wisely learned to protect you and on building safety, choice, and self-trust, so your life can feel more aligned, grounded, and alive.
