Welcome to the Clearing! We are a group of therapists focused on supporting individuals and families to cultivate connection, healing, and liberation. We specialize in exploring and reducing depression, anxiety, trauma, difficulties in relationships, and the impact of surviving the complications of the world around us. We utilize a holistic framework that integrates mindfulness, somatic, cognitive, behavioral, exposure, hypnotherapy, interpersonal, and trauma resolution approaches. We hold a polyvagal, attachment, and trauma sensitive lens.
