I have over 20 years experience in mental health treatment. I specialize in counseling a variety of disorders and issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, bipolar, addiction, and empowerment. I offer virtual individual and couples counseling along with in person groups. I will work alongside you in helping you to achieve your goals and stay on task. Life can be hard and filled with struggles but you do not have to face them alone. Our life experiences can make us view the world and assign meaning in distorted ways. There is a great strength in being able to ask for help. You are not alone in your struggle!
