In order for therapy to be most successful, it is important for you to take an active role and for you to know that you are in complete control, although our relationship will be collaborative. My role is to empower you in your growth process so that you will be more capable of facing life's challenges in the future without me. I don't believe in creating dependency or prolonging therapy longer than necessary.
