Our clients range from the age of 3 to 75 years old. They may be experiencing mental health symptoms such as anxiety, depression or PTSD. Clients may also come to us after having experienced a range of adverse experiences that may include childhood bullying, physical, emotional or sexual abuse, domestic violence, victim of a crime and/or other traumatic events. Our philosophy is that clients most effectively heal through safe, supportive and strength based relationships with their therapist.
