The Growth Network, LLC was founded by Dr. Schenike Massie Lambert in pursuit of her vision of establishing a network of professionals and community members who work together to create spaces that are trauma informed and responsive to every aspect of culture. It is through counseling, mentoring, teaching, consulting, and advocacy that The Growth Network intends to create spaces where growth for all people is possible.
