Whether you're navigating anxiety, workplace stressors, pressures with school or family, a break-up, frustrations with dating, adjustment with motherhood, self-esteem challenges, etc; I’m here to walk alongside you by offering compassion and a space that truly feels like yours. I have experience working with diverse populations, with a special focus on supporting Black women, along with teen girls, and women of color from diverse, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds through culturally responsive, affirming care. We will use practical tools to help you feel calmer, more confident, and more in control. This includes changing unhelpful thought patterns, and using stress-relief techniques to promote healing and growth.
