We are here to help you heal from trauma, and to assist you as you develop more healthy relationships, better coping skills, effective communication skills, good boundaries, regular self care and overall well being. In today's society, we all need a safe space to reconnect to our authentic selves. We employ effective psychosomatic therapies, tailored to your specific needs, including talk therapy, NLP and hypnosis, movement therapy, art therapy as well as diet & exercise plans to support you on your journey home to total wellness.
