The Howard Group is a Maryland based therapy practice with the mission to support the mental wellness of the African American community. As an African American male-led therapy practice, we understand the unique challenges faced by the teens and men in our community and are passionate about making a difference. Our therapeutic approach incorporates cognitive therapy and motivational interviewing strategies combined with 25+ years of experience.
