Greetings, my name is Dr. Katherine Andrade and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have 26 years of experience working in the areas of Health, Mental Health, and Substance Use. I have worked as a school, mental health, medical, and military social worker. I have a Master's degree in Social Work as well as a Doctorate in Social Work. I specialize in working with adults/seniors with mental health and substance use challenges as well as family issues, stress, adjusting to medical challenges, and military/veteran issues. I provide evidence-based therapies that are person-centered and encompass CBT, solution-focused, motivational interviewing, strength-based interventions, mindfulness, and trauma recovery therapies, all from a holistic perspective. The ultimate goal is to assist individuals in enhancing their quality of life.
