However you’re arriving — you’re welcome here. We work with adults, couples, and teens navigating anxiety, stress, grief, relationship challenges, identity shifts, and life transitions. Some clients come in crisis; others are high-functioning but quietly overwhelmed, burned out, or disconnected. Many are seeking clarity, emotional steadiness, relief from persistent stress, or support through meaningful change — without being rushed, labeled, or treated like a diagnosis. In addition, licensed providers interested in full- or part-time, in-person or remote opportunities are welcome to reach out with inquiries about joining our team. Our work is warm, grounded, and individualized. We integrate evidence-based therapy with deep listening and practical support. We have particular depth in women’s mental health, including pregnancy, postpartum, reproductive loss, and perimenopause, and offer in-house medication management for postpartum and perimenopausal mood and anxiety concerns.
