The Nexus Station is a health and wellness center for teens and young adults. We offers 3 different types of programs at Nexus. Each program/therapeutic intervention has been specifically designed to meet a need identified within our community. We offer individual and group therapy, health and wellness workshops and mentor programs. The focus at the Nexus Station is the mind body connection. Every program The Nexus Station offers integrates the mind body system in an intentionally active, playful and relational way. Nothing is left out.
